Order Processing
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 4pm Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day.
Shipping Services
Standard Shipping is delivered in 3 – 7 days via DHL/USPS from our distribution center in Arizona.
Expedited Shipping is delivered via UPS 2nd Day Select mail.
Returns
We are not able to accept any returns on peptide products.
These compounds are handled in a controlled research supply chain, and once a product leaves our facility we can no longer verify its chain of custody or guarantee that it has been stored, transported, or handled under proper conditions.
For safety and compliance reasons, we can only ship out peptides that have remained fully within our controlled environment from start to finish.
Issues with Orders
At BioEdge Peptides, we are committed to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. However, if issues arise with your order (e.g., missing items, damaged products), please follow our policy outlined below:
Reporting Time Frame
- All order issues, including missing or damaged items, must be reported within 10 days of receipt, based on the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.
Reporting Procedure

- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.
Resolution Process
- Our team will investigate and may request further information.
- Resolutions may include replacement, refund, or an alternative solution, depending on the nature of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
- Claims submitted after 10 days from delivery will not be covered by BioEdge Peptides.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the affected items in your order.
