Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and possess research chemicals in your jurisdiction. BioEdge Research Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet compliance requirements.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
ACH/e-Check Authorization
All ACH/e-Check payments will be made payable to: BioEdge Research Labs.
Each time you place an ACH/e-Check order by clicking the Place Order button, you authorize BioEdgeResearchLabs.com to initiate a single ACH/electronic debit to your account in the amount of your order from the bank account information provided on the date of your order.
You agree that any ACH transactions you authorize comply with all applicable law. Payments made after 2 PM Eastern time will be applied as of the next business day. Once payment is authorized, there cannot be any changes or corrections. It is recommended that you print or save a copy of this authorization and maintain it for your records.
You also authorize BioEdgeResearchLabs.com to initiate one-time ACH/electronic debit and/or credit entries to your account for micro-entry account validation when required. These micro-entries may be less than $1 and may be used to validate the bank account information provided with your order. You further authorize BioEdgeResearchLabs.com to initiate an ACH credit or debit to recover the amount of any micro deposit used for validation.
Once you click the Place Order button for an ACH/e-Check payment, you cannot revoke this authorization. Payments made after 2 PM Eastern time may receive account validation micro-entries the next business day.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
BioEdge Research Labs reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected misuse.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BioEdge Research Labs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Orders totaling more than $900 require a signature upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research products, certain items may not be eligible for return.
