Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

All products sold by BioEdge Research Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes.

Due to the nature of research products, returns are limited and refunds are provided only in specific circumstances, including:

  • Damaged products received during shipping

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Verified defective or compromised products

Products that have been used, partially opened, or improperly handled are not eligible for return or refund.

Requesting a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request should include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

Requests received after 7 days may not be eligible for consideration.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.

  2. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Orders placed in error (unless approved by our support team)

Shipping Damage or Loss

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
