Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Locations
BioEdge Research Labs currently ships orders to domestic and selected international locations, subject to local laws, regulations, and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

BioEdge Research Labs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. BioEdge Research Labs is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with relevant details and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
